E-Radio FEB Universitas Airlangga held an upgrading program supported by the Human Resource Development Department. The purpose of this activity is to increase competence in the field of organization for all management and members of e-Radio in 2025
The implementation of this upgrading is also in line with the achievement of the 8th SDGs: decent work and economic growth, by providing training and development of organizational skills to participants. In addition, this program also aims to improve other skills that are relevant to the world of work, so that participants have a better opportunity to get a decent job or achieve success in the future. This activity was intended for all management and e -Radio members in 2025, and lasted for 2 days on April 26-27, 2025, at Villa Tiyasa Batu, Batu District, Malang.
