Recharging 1 is a program of togetherness activities held by all e-Radio management for the 2025 period. In the series there is a presentation of material related to how to collaborate well and how to foster cohesiveness in the team and improve all e-Radio management. By bringing the speakers who are expected to foster the motivation of the management in organizing to improve their abilities and foster an attitude of the e-Radio management brotherhood.
The implementation of this activity is also one of the efforts of FEB UNAIR e-Radio in supporting the values contained in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 4 (Quality Education) with activities aimed at participants can be more prepared to face challenges, more confident in working with others, and able to apply family values in the team.
