The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga as a body that helped overshadow all organizations at FEB Unair felt the need to continue to improve soft skills that were relevant to the times. One of the essential abilities for every organization is to build strong partnerships, solve problems effectively, and foster trust and leadership.
Therefore, the Department of Relations outside BEM UNAIR is trying to meet these needs by presenting the 2025 strategic training with the theme "From Connection to Collaboration." This theme highlights the importance of partnership skills, problem-solving, trust-building, and understanding of the publication of events in creating collaboration that has an impact.
Through an interactive talkshow with experienced speakers in their fields, Strategic Training 2025 is expected to be a forum for members of the Public Relations Division of all organizations at FEB Airlangga University to hone their skills. With more mature provisions, each individual will be better prepared to face the challenges of organizations and the professional world going forward.
