Career Week is a series of work programs from the Professional Development Department aimed at developing soft skills and preparing students of the Faculty of Economics and Business after studying at Universitas Airlangga . In Career Week there will be several sub -activities, consisting of talk shows, CV Review, Career Consulting, Job Fair, and Walk in Interview.
Career Week is present as a forum for students to get in -depth insight about the world of work and increase their readiness in facing professional challenges. Through various activities that have been designed, participants will have the opportunity to meet directly with professionals and practitioners from various industries, obtain direct suggestions about career development, and explore employment opportunities in accordance with their interests and expertise.
Career Week is in harmony with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) points, namely:
1. SDG 4: Quality Education - Career Week contributes to improving the quality of education through the development of soft skills, career preparation training, as well as providing insight into the world of work for students.
2. SDG 8: Dent Work and Economic Growth - With activities such as Job Fair, Walk In Interview, and Career Consulting, Career Week helps students in getting proper job opportunities and encouraging economic growth through increasing the readiness of young workers.
3. SDG 17: Partnerships for the goals - Career Week involves collaboration with various companies,
institutions, and professionals who play a role in supporting student career development, reflecting the importance of partnerships in achieving sustainable development goals
