Open Donation Serbung Feb UaFEB Berdakti is a superior work program organized by the Department of Community Service BEM FEB UNAIR with the aim of increasing the social awareness and solidarity of students towards people who need it through various concrete actions. This program consists of three main sub-activities, namely Square (one hundred packs), Dondar (blood donation), and mass circumcision.
Serbung is an act of sharing food with people who need it, both inside and outside the campus environment. The main target includes students, cleaning staff, security guards, parking guards, and the surrounding community who are less able. By distributing food, this program contributes to reducing hunger and easeing the burden on the community in the midst of difficult economic conditions. Meanwhile, Dondar is a blood donor activity that aims to help patients who need blood transfusion. One donated blood bag can save up to four lives, while providing health benefits for the donor.
In addition, Feberbakti also held a mass circumcision as a form of concern for children from underprivileged families. Circumcision is not only part of religious traditions and teachings, but also has health benefits for children. By holding a mass circumcision for free, this program is expected to help ease the burden on parents and improve the health and welfare of children who are participants.
Feberbakti is not only a forum for students to contribute to social action, but also supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Objectives (SDGs) Number 17: Partnership to achieve goals. Through collaboration and cooperation with various parties, Feberbakti is expected to have a positive impact on the welfare of the community, both in aspects of health and food security. With the spirit of concern and mutual cooperation, Feberbakti was present as a concrete step in realizing students who were not only intellectually intelligent, but also had a high social concern.
