In order to fulfill expertise in the field of organization, our Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) organizes upgrading activities that will be facilitated by the Department of Student Resources Development. Through this activity, it is hoped that all functionaries for the 2025 period will be able to apply the operating standards of the BEM FEB Airlangga organization and can be a forum to strengthen the relationship between functionaries.
The implementation of this upgrading also supports the realization of the 8th SDGs: decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), namely through training and development of organizational skills. Thus, student functionaries can become more competent in the field of organization, increase their opportunities to get a decent job in the future, or even prepare them to become successful entrepreneurs.
Based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the work program of the BEM FEB Student Resources Development Bureau, as well as the results of the BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 Management Deliberation, we held an upgrading with the aim of providing new management and new members of BEM FEB UNAIR regarding organization. In addition, this activity is also a place to introduce BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 management and form the characters needed in running an organization.
The target of this activity is all BEM FEB UNAIR functionaries for 2025. Upgrading will be held for 2 days, namely on 8 and 9 March 2025, at Villa Dharma Ledug, Prigen, Pasuruan. In the implementation of upgrading there are 4 materials to be presented. The success indicator of this activity is the involvement of 150 participants, the smooth running of the event, as well as the fulfillment of the appropriate budget, even if possible, producing a surplus that will later be allocated for the work program of other PSDM departments.
