ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the acceptance of users to the implementation of Online Forest Product Administration System in East Java Province using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean IS Success Model.
The combination of these two models is to identify the various factors that affect the success of the system. The DeLone and McLean models will focus on evaluating functionality (system quality, information and service) and usability. While the TAM model will focus on utility (learnability, rememberability, efficiency of use and reliability in use). The subjects of the study were the acceptance of SIPUHH (Online forest products administration system) users/operators to timber forest product primary forest (IPHHK) permit holders, logging logs (TPT-KB) and Perum Perhutani timber stockpiling (TPK) using SIPUHH in East Java Province.
Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 228 respondents selected by simple random sampling method. Further testing is carried out using the Component Based Structural Equation Model or Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that all perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality, system quality and service quality did not significantly affect actual system usage except perceived ease of use, but significantly influenced user satisfaction except service quality .

Keywords: Online Forest Administration System (SIPUHH), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), DeLone and McLean IS Success Model, Partial Least Square (PLS).
