ABSTRACT


This research is designed for helping e-commerce companies for making decisions related to their mid-term planning for new product expansion either related to existing watch products or other products that might be easily distributed by packed well and sent by expedition company. This research helps the company's decision making process by running SWOT analysis for electronic products. This research uses a holding company and their e-commerce website named Jamtangan.com as its sample and the method used in this research is SWOT Analysis. From this research, the company might use SO competitive strategy for entering the electronic products e-commerce industry, the SO competitive strategy might emphasize on penetration opportunities offered from electronic products e-commerce industry by accentuating the company's strengths.
