The influence of human resource job satisfaction is one of the main factors that influence the success of an organization or company. Where, the level of employee job satisfaction is very important as a basis for improving a person's performance and the performance of the company where they work as well as their level of loyalty to the company. As employee satisfaction increases, the level of loyalty and achievement of company goals will also increase. (2) Job satisfaction has an insignificant influence on the normative organizational commitment variable. (3) Job satisfaction has an insignificant influence on the continuous organizational commitment variable.
