Abstract

Human resources are a driving factor for company progress. Without quality and competent human resources for the job, the company will not progress. Many factors can influence a person's performance, these factors can come from the employee and the organizational environment (external). The aim of this research is to determine the influence of managerial skills and organizational culture on the performance of medical employees at Medika Mulia Tuban Hospital with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were medical employees, namely 86 nurses at Medika Mulia Tuban Hospital. This research technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that managerial skills and organizational culture can influence employee performance with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variables for employees at Medika Mulia Tuban Hospital.
