Abstract

The rapid growth of the world economy due to global influence has had an impact on the development of the tourism sector as one of the largest industries that is growing rapidly. Tourism is by far the biggest money maker and the strongest sector in global financing. The tourism sector is still a mainstay and superior for development and can make a large contribution to state income and encourage national economic growth. This situation certainly deserves the attention of Perum Perhutani Unit II East Java, where in its working area many natural uniqueness can be found which can be developed into an interesting tourist attraction to visit. In its development, Perum Perhutani Unit II needs to analyze its external and internal environmental factors to find out what opportunities or opportunities can be exploited and must also be ready to face and reduce threats that may occur and make maximum use of its strengths and eliminate existing weaknesses. Determine a specific sustainable or gradual development strategy according to the situation and conditions of each tourist attraction location. The object of this research is a tourist attraction that has the potential to be developed, with the hope that development will produce results more quickly. The steps that must be taken are to collect data and evaluate external data using the EFE matrix and internal data using the IFE matrix, using this data as basic information to be analyzed using the IE matrix to determine the company's position and strategy and the SWOT/TOWS matrix to develop alternative strategies. -The alternative strategy is selected according to the specifics or characteristics of each tourist location which is then selected using QSPM and then implemented. Results of analysis with QSPM for Padusan tourist attraction with a product development strategy, Grandpa Bodo tourist attraction with a market development strategy, Coban Rondo tourist attraction with a product development strategy, Sendang Biru tourist attraction with a market penetration strategy, Prataan tourist attraction with a market penetration strategy, tourist attraction Sumberboto with a product development strategy, Karanggongso tourist attraction with a product development strategy, Pasir Putih tourist attraction with a market development strategy, Tanjung Papuma (Watu Ulo) tourist attraction with a market development strategy, Grajagan tourist attraction with a product development strategy. These strategies can be a reference or basis for preparing implementation strategies in the context of developing tourist attractions. So it is hoped that development will be more directed and focused and more efficient in achieving the company's vision and mission.
