Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the meaning of implementing Islamic business ethics in business practices that apply Islamic culture. To achieve this goal, this research uses an Islamic ethnomethodology approach with several stages of indexicality analysis, contextual action, reflexivity, and presentation of common sense knowledge of social structure. Using Islamic ethnomethodology methods to find the meaning of Islamic Business Ethics in business practices at Warung Ayam Preksu, Bakso Granat Pedaz, and Roti Shalawat which implement Islamic organizational culture in accordance with the guidelines of the Koran and Hadith.
