Abstract
Increasingly tight competition requires various companies, especially the banking sector, to improve various things to allow employees to balance their work activities and non-work lives. Organizations/companies that support this are believed to provide positive results for individuals and organizations (Greenhaus & Kossek, 2014). This research aims to determine the influence of workplace and family support on work-life balance, as well as the mediating role of organizational pride on the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods using questionnaires. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 180 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this research, it was found that the influence of workplace and family support on work-life balance was positive and significant. Likewise, the influence of work-life balance on job satisfaction. On the other hand, the mediating effect of organizational pride on the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction also shows positive and significant results, so that the mediating role of organizational pride in this research is partial mediation.
