Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital, internal social capital and environmental capital on the performance of family companies. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires as a data acquisition method. This research data was obtained from 115 questionnaires distributed to family companies in the Surabaya Industrial Real State (SIER) area. The statistical analysis of the data used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research indicate that internal social capital, human capital and environmental capital can influence the performance of family companies in a significantly positive way.
