Abstract

By looking at the results of the analysis of the entire empirical discussion of this research at Bank X, it can be concluded that: Evaluation of the quality of the process stages in transaction processing systems at Bank Input volume, report details and file usage of the Bank Trade system are dimensions of the quality of the process stages in Bank Sigma, the Bank Trade system application capability is 3.57 sigma, its performance capability needs to be increased with continuous improvement.
