Organizations need effective leadership that focuses not only on direction, vision, mission, and environment, but also on daily interactions between leaders and employees (or what is called leader-member exchange). The number of samples is the same as the population, namely 40 people. The results of this study are in accordance with the first and second hypotheses, but not in accordance with the third hypothesis.
