Abstract
Managerial Ability can provide information regarding the efficiency of managers in managing input to produce company output. This information will be very necessary for investors in assessing a company when investing, but it is not enough for an investor to judge just by observing corporate governance, but also by looking at sales growth, size and age of the company. The benchmarks used by investors will greatly influence the decision to purchase company shares. Limited information held by investors can trigger underpricing, this can cause losses for the company issuing the shares itself. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Managerial Ability, Sales Growth size, and company age on IPO performance as measured by the level of underpricing. The next aim is to provide knowledge and knowledge of various theories and applications in the field of IPO performance as measured by the level of underpricing. Data collection was carried out using the report and publication method, which is based on annual data from all manufacturing companies that conducted IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2018. Data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The research results prove that sales growth and company size have a significant effect on IPO performance, while managerial ability and company age do not have a significant effect on IPO performance.
