Abstract

TOC is a topic of discussion that is of great interest to managers today. Because like other alternatives, TOC has been able to prove that it can be used in every type of company of various sizes.

Where TOC tries to assist managers in solving problems with several planned steps, including: identifying obstacles, then utilizing existing bottlenecks efficiently, then maintaining product flow along the bottleneck, increasing bottleneck capacity and finally making efforts for continuous improvement.

This research was conducted at un. Kartika Bahari, Tuban. Which operates in the agribusiness sector. With a medium scale business, or small business. This company produces various marine fish products. With domestic or local marketing areas.

This company is experiencing problems, namely being unable to meet incoming demand. However, with the TOC application, the company is able to increase its profits with existing capacity. And if the company wants to meet demand, the company can increase machine hours by holding overtime.
