Organizations need to build a creative environment so that creative work results can help achieve competitive advantages compared to other organizations (George and Zhou, 2002). This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity with Creative Self-Efficacy (CSE) as mediation. The next goal is that it is hoped that the results of this research can provide considerations for companies in taking policies to support the performance of the sales and marketing division at PT. Dupont Indonesia (Corteva). This research was conducted using a survey method using questionnaires and interviews and using the PLS statistical test tool. In this research, the results found that transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on employee creativity. Furthermore, transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee creativity if it is mediated by Creative Self-Efficacy (CSE) so that it is full mediation.
