Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment in employees of the Grand Kalimas Syari'ah Hotel Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 57 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that perceived organizational support has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention, perceived organizational support has a negative influence on turnover intention through organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a negative influence on turnover intention through organizational commitment. commitment.
