Abstract
Measuring the performance of MSMEs cannot be separated from the performance of their owners. Because MSMEs were founded starting from the hard work of their owners. Whether MSMEs progress or not is determined by their owners. And most of the existing MSMEs are still not organized and still completely rely on their owners. This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial networking capability on the performance of MSME owners with commitment as mediation in Surabaya MSMEs. The method used is quantitative research. The sample was 160 MSME owners. The analysis technique used is path analysis which is processed with the AMOS 22 program. The mediation test is processed with Sobel. The research results show that entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation influence the performance of MSME owners. Entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation influence commitment. Commitment influences the performance of MSMEs. So that commitment partially mediates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial network capability influences the performance of MSME owners.
