Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and the perception of support for creativity on employee creativity in UKM Joko Tole Collection where there is a role of intrinsic motivation as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research uses primary data from all 37 employees. Data collection uses questionnaire techniques and is processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results of the research show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee creativity. perception of support for creativity influences employee creativity. Intrinsic motivation mediates the influence of transformational leadership and perception of support for creativity on employee creativity
