Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of perceptions of justice on procedures used to determine decisions (procedural justice) on teachers' willingness to provide efforts that exceed formal duties according to their position (organizational citizenship behavior) which is mediated by organizational support (perceived organizational support) and perception of ownership of the organization (organizational identification). This research was conducted at Khadijah High School Surabaya. This research survey was conducted on 47 permanent teachers as respondents. The statistical tool for this research uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.0). Based on the test results, it shows that the influence of procedural justice does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Procedural justice has a significant effect on perceived organizational support, and perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Procedural justice has a significant effect on organizational identification, and organizational identification has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, perceived organizational support and organizational identification fully mediate the influence of procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
