Abstract
Career is defined into objective career and subjective career. Subjective career is the perception of employee satisfaction with their career. Someone who works always wants a higher career path. A person with a proactive personality and also support from the company or organizational support for career development (OSCD) will influence career satisfaction which will have an impact on increasing employee job performance. The aim of this research is to see the influence of proactive personality, organizational support for career development (OSCD) on career satisfaction and job performance. The variables in this study were measured by a survey of 51 respondents at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Airport Surabaya with Partial Least Square statistical tools (smartPLS 2.0). The research results show that proactive personality has a significant influence on job performance, and proactive personality has an insignificant influence on job performance through career satisfaction, which means that career satisfaction does not mediate the influence between proactive personality and job performance. Apart from that, in the OSCD test on job performance it has a significant influence, and OSCD has a significant influence on job performance and career satisfaction, which means that career satisfaction functions as a partial mediator in the influence between OSCD and job performance.
