Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of justice felt by employees in the workplace (organizational justice), both in the distribution of wages, workload and promotions (distributive justice), procedures in decision making (procedural justice) and supervisors' treatment of employees (interactional justice). , which is mediated by organizational support for employees (perceived organizational support). This research was conducted at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. This research survey was conducted on 50 respondents in the Marketing Department. The statistical tool in this research uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.0). Based on the research results, it shows that distributive justice and interactional justice have a significant influence on perceived organizational support, while procedural justice does not have a significant influence on perceived organizational support. Furthermore, perceived organizational support has a significant influence on employee engagement. In the mediation relationship, perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between distributive justice and interactional justice on employee engagement, but different things happen with procedural justice, where perceived organizational support does not mediate the relationship between procedural justice and employee engagement.
