Abstract

This research was carried out on employees in the production department of PT Industrial Soda Indonesia (Persero) with the aim of finding out the motivation factors that influence employee work productivity and to find out which factors have a dominant influence on the work productivity of employees in the production department. The motivation variables studied were are need for achievement, need for power, need for affiliation. need/or security.
