Abstract

The growth and development of the number of contractor companies in Indonesia has led to competition in the industry. For this reason, every company is required to be able to survive by always providing the best for its clients. However, to be able to survive and compete in the construction industry, contractor companies must face various risks and uncertainties. As is the case with PT Supra Surya Indonesia, a contractor company that has been established since 1980, where the profits received by the company are reduced due to the risks and uncertainties it faces. The risks that occur not only result in delayed project completion times and reduced company profits, but also have other impacts, namely the company's name becomes bad in the eyes of clients and potential clients. This research aims to design risk management for PT Supra Surya Indonesia to achieve key success factors. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, and the method used is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The ANP method is used to obtain the weight of each identified risk cause. The results of using ANP were that 13 ranking orders of risk causes were obtained with the greatest weight. Meanwhile, the TOPSIS method is used to select mitigation alternatives that suit the company. It is hoped that this research can help PT Supra Surya Indonesia to design risk management so that PT Supra Surya Indonesia is able to compete and achieve its key success factors.
