Abstract
Until now, leasing in Indonesia has played an important role in company financing. Finance companies have also been able to grow quite impressively, requiring a lot of workers, especially in the sales (marketing) and billing (collector) departments. This research aims to find out how Work Demand and Work Flexibility can influence Organizational Commitment so that it can ultimately influence employee performance in the marketing and collection departments. The sample used in this research was marketing and collection staff at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance regional area 7 (covering branches Surabaya 1, Surabaya 2, Gresik, Mojokerto, Tuban, Madiun, Kediri and Malang). This research uses quantitative research methods with outer and inner model calculations which include validity, reliability tests, and data analysis carried out with Smart PLS2.0. The analysis technique used for all hypotheses is Partial Least Square. Testing of marketing and collection staff at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance regional area 7 produces: (1) Work Demand has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (2) Work Flexibility has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance and mediates the relationship between Work Demand and Work Flexibility on employee performance.
