Abstract

The number of jobs in Indonesia is not proportional to the number of existing workers, causing high levels of unemployment in Indonesia. This condition is one of the big challenges that this country must face in order to strive for the country's development in a better direction. The government should increase its efforts to reduce unemployment by creating new jobs or by encouraging the creation of entrepreneurs. The aim of this research is to see the influence of antecedents of entrepreneurial intentions on students at Universitas Airlangga . This research used a survey method of 68 WEBS member students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga with Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.0) statistical tools. The research results show that the relationship between individual skills on attitudes toward entrepreneurial behavior, perceived environmental dynamism on perceived entrepreneurial behavior control, attitudes toward entrepreneurial behavior on entrepreneurial intentions, and subjective norms on entrepreneurial intentions have positive and significant results; The relationship between perceived environmental facility on perceived entrepreneurial behavior control and perceived entrepreneurial behavior control on entrepreneurial intentions has positive results but is not significant.
