Abstract
Where the increase in the UMK determined by the government is very difficult to predict in the last three years, this requires Aerofood ACS SUB to be able to increase the productivity of its employees to be able to make more contributions to the company. To measure this productivity, companies need tools to be able to measure the extent to which employees can meet the targets set by the company, so individual performance measurement is needed which is not only measured in terms of competence or behavior as is currently the case, but also measures performance which is measured in terms of work results. This research analyzes the company's vision, mission, goals, strategy, as well as job analysis and compiles individual performance indicators consisting of main performance indicators (KPI) and work behavior (competencies) in the Production and Operations sections. The company's vision, mission, targets and strategies are lowered to the division level to develop the vision, mission, targets and strategies of the production and operational divisions. Based on the job analysis and analysis of the vision, mission, targets and strategies of the Operational division, a draft of key performance indicators (KPI) and work behavior (competencies) is then prepared. This research is a qualitative study regarding the performance assessment of PT Aerofood ACS Surabaya employees. The aim of the research is to create an individual performance assessment design for the production and operations department. The proposed design includes main performance indicators and competencies, performance indicator weights, and performance assessment scales. For this reason, job analysis was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection methods. This research produced 66 individual performance indicators, assessment scales, and employee performance assessment formats
