Abstract

Humans in their relationships need guidelines to be able to carry out daily activities so as not to disturb and sacrifice the interests of other people, namely ethics. Ethics can be applied anywhere, including within the company, but not all employees in the company have the same ethical values ​​as the company. Value congruence between employees and the company can produce something positive, "a strong match between employees and the organization (person-organization fit) can result in positive outcomes for both including reduced turnover rates, OCB (Hoffman and Woehr, 2006), job satisfaction and commitment” (Varquer et al., 2003). As an organization operating in the field of PG-TK-SD education, Al-Chusnaini requires behavior beyond formal descriptions (organizational citizenship behavior) to be able to provide maximum service, especially by teachers, so that students will more easily understand the learning process and the organization can operate more effectively. This research aims to determine whether the application of corporate ethical values ​​in a company can influence the suitability of values ​​between employees and the organization (person-organization fit) so that it can give rise to job satisfaction and organizational commitment which in turn results in work behavior outside of formal roles (organizational citizenship behavior). at Al-Chusnaini PG-TK-SD. This research uses a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square to test the research hypothesis. The sample in this study consisted of 52 people who were permanent employees of PG-TK-SD Al-Chusnaini. The results of this research show that corporate ethical values ​​have a significant positive effect on person-organization fit, then person-organization fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, followed by job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PG-TK -Al-Chusnaini Elementary School.
