Abstract
The high unemployment rate in Indonesia requires a solution as soon as possible. One way is through creating more job opportunities. This can be done by developing entrepreneurship within existing companies, so that employees can develop their entrepreneurial interest. At Citraland every employee has the opportunity to get a rotation, employees are expected to have innovation, creativity and proactiveness, in their respective fields. All ideas are accommodated by the company, and employees are free to develop themselves in order to advance the company. This is expected to increase entrepreneurship in Ciputra. This research aims to examine the influence of corporate entrepreneurial intention, which consists of innovativeness, risk taking, and proactiveness on entrepreneurial intention and organizational performance, with the self-efficacy variable as a moderating variable in Citraland Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative, and the samples used are employees of various departments in Citraland Surabaya. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire, which was then tested using partial least squares. The results of this study show a positive but not significant influence of innovativeness on entrepreneurial intention, a negative and not significant influence of risk taking on entrepreneurial intention, and a positive and not significant influence of proactiveness on entrepreneurial intention. This research also found that the overall corporate entrepreneurial intention variable had a positive and insignificant effect on organizational performance. The moderator variable in the form of self-efficacy was found unable to moderate the influence of corporate entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial intention.
