Abstract
This study examines the influence of corporate culture on the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. The research objective is to find empirical evidence about (a) the positive and significant relationship and influence between company culture and employee performance; (b) organizational commitment can moderate the relationship between corporate culture and employee performance. This research respondent is the employee leader of PTPN XI (PERSERO) PG.Djatiroto, with a population of 76 people. Data collection was carried out for 1 month, starting in early February 2014. Of the 76 questionnaires submitted, 76 questionnaires were received back and filled out completely (100%), this research used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a list of questions adopted from previous researchers. The collected data was processed using moderating regression analysis (MRA) and interaction regression between variables. The results of the research are (1) there is a significant positive influence and relationship between employee performance and corporate culture, (2) the influence of organizational commitment on the relationship between employee performance and corporate culture is positive and significant.
