Abstract

PT. Stars Internasional is a company operating in the footwear and accessories retail sector which still uses very simple employee performance assessments, namely based on attendance and length of service. The current employee appraisal system causes dissatisfaction because it tends to be subjective, employees also do not understand the standards or targets set by management because they are not written clearly. Employees do not get proper feedback and rewards for their contributions to the company. This research aims to formulate operational division strategic plans that are aligned with PT's organizational strategic plans. Stars International, then to formulate a job description which is also aligned with the strategic plan of PT's operational division. Stars International for each type of position and formulate individual performance assessments in operational divisions at PT. Stars International is based on work results (results) and work behavior (behavior) accompanied by a reference process for implementing individual performance assessments for operational division employees at PT. Stars International. This research is an exploratory research using a qualitative approach based on a case study. The types and sources of data used are company archive records and documentation, interview reports and observations. The key informants used were employees of PT. Stars International which includes the Main Director, Operational Director and PT outlet supervisor. Stars International. The results of this research are individual performance assessments for operational division employees which include assessment of work results (results), assessment of work behavior (behavior) and guidelines for the implementation process.
