This research was conducted at the Semboro Sugar Factory, one of the business units owned by BUMN, PTPN XI (Persero). A survey was conducted on 34 PG Semboro plantation foremen to determine their responses to organizational justice and job satisfaction. To find out the performance of the foremen, we distributed questionnaires to their direct superiors (plantation supervisors/KKW). The research results show that organizational justice significantly influences job satisfaction, and job satisfaction significantly influences performance.
