Abstract
Best practices sharing is part of knowledge management which functions as sharing or sharing knowledge or useful experiences that have been created and tested in an applicable manner between members of the organization based on individual experience. This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) Djatiroto Sugar Factory Business Unit. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of "best practices sharing" on the performance of Djatiroto Sugar Factory plant officers and whether participative leadership moderates the influence of "best practices sharing" on the performance of Djatiroto Sugar Factory plant officers. The variables used are best practices sharing, participative leadership and performance variables. The results of these three variables have high criteria or agree with the respective values being 4.05, 4.10, and 4.06. Moderator regression testing analysis was carried out using the residual method. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that best practices sharing carried out in the plant sector has a positive and significant effect on the performance of plant officers. In addition, participative leadership positively moderates the positive and significant influence of Best Practices Sharing on plant officer performance.
