Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the role of government support and incubator organization to successful behavior of woman entrepreneurs with motivation moderation, as an empirical research in the Indonesian Woman Entrepreneur Association (IWAPI). There are factors that are considered to increase the successful behavior of woman entrepreneurs, including government support and incubator organizations. The role of government will deal with policy initiatives in providing infrastructure and financial access for women entrepreneurs. Incubator organization as mediator that nurtures designed to accelerate the growth and success of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services Government supports and business incubator moderated by business motivation in order to achieve successful behavior. The results show that Relating to the research conducted about the external factors which affect boosting motivation of women entrepreneurs, the result is that there is a relationship between incubator organization and entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial motivation to successful behavior which is linearly related to each other. While government supports motivation and successful behavior, and also incubator organizations support successful behavior of women entrepreneurs do not affect one another. The finding pointed government support less effective and still lack of coverage and socialization.
