Abstract

Compensation is a form of appreciation given by the company to employees for the contributions they have made. All companies strive to provide fair compensation both internally, externally and individually. As one of the companies in the telecommunications industry that has quite high development, PT. XYZ is one of the companies that provides telecommunications tower construction services (tower providers) that seek to meet the needs of the placement of base transmission stations (BTS) for telecommunications operators throughout Indonesia. Changes in company ownership and the company's organizational structure affect the compensation applied by the company at this time. The purpose of this research is to provide recommendations to company management regarding compensation that is in line with the organization's strategic plan. Starting from the stage of analyzing the company's strategic plan, explaining the job specification, formulating the weight of each type of position, the results of which will be used to determine the salary structure, allowances, bonuses and benefits of PT employees. XYZ regional office East Java. This research is an exploratory research with a qualitative approach - case study. The types and sources of data used are documents originating from the company, reports from interviews with key informants, and observation results. The results obtained from this research are a compensation system for PT employees. XYZ regional office East Java with the main components of the basic salary structure, allowances, bonuses, benefits and compensation management system in the company.
