Abstract
In the current era of globalization, competition between companies is a necessity. So it requires human resources (workers) who are reliable and willing to follow the developments and conditions of the company. Therefore, workers must be considered as potential resources because they can be educated and developed. In the plastic packaging company where researchers conducted research to provide job satisfaction to employees, the company sets wages based on a minimum work target policy in each section, which is linked to the income or wages earned and pays attention to other job satisfaction supporters that lead to the wage policy, as well as creating a more controlled work environment. The results of this policy resulted in a striking difference for the better, but on the other hand, there was an increase in complaints compared to the previous year. From the results of the researchers' observations, this incident arose because the behavior of workers had changed from being supportive to unsupportive. Because workers felt dissatisfied and the organizational climate was lacking. Well, the research results show that job satisfaction and organizational climate jointly and partially have a significant effect on OCB and variables and the ones that influence the most are superiors, structure, support, standards and identity.
