Abstract
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara With good employee performance, it is hoped that not only will the employee's performance increase, the company's goals will also be realized. Employee performance is influenced by various factors. These factors include intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. This research aims to analyze and prove the direct and indirect influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 52 PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara XI(Persero) Prajekan Sugar Factory Business Unit - Bondowoso. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS version 17 program. The results of this research are that all hypotheses have been proven that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variable that has the greatest influence is spiritual intelligence. The implication of this research is that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have an equally important role both individually and collectively in improving employee performance.
