Abstract

Every organization certainly has goals, both long-term in nature, in the form of a mission and vision, as well as several medium or short-term goals that are more specific in terms of the targets to be achieved. The same thing also happens in Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) such as Wahana Visi Indonesia. The existence of Wahana Visi Indonesia has the main objective, namely to support the creation of a region that is more concerned with the implementation of children's rights as regulated in the Child Rights Convention (CRC). The CRC itself is a global agreement from countries under the auspices of the United Nations which regulates children's rights. The 4 basic rights of children regulated in the convention are the right to life, the right to participate, the right to express opinions and the right to growth and development.
