Abstract
Pay satisfaction arises from what is considered acceptable in accordance with what has been expected. When salary satisfaction is achieved, it will have a positive impact and conversely if it is not achieved it will have a negative impact. The negative impact of salary satisfaction is thought to cause work family conflict, and when work family conflict is not handled well it will cause turnover intentions. The purpose of this research is to show the significance of salary satisfaction on turnover intentions with work-family conflict as an intervening variable and look for direct and direct effects between variables. The sample used was 60 respondents. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that salary satisfaction has a direct and significant impact on work-family conflict with a significant value of 0.002. Salary satisfaction has a direct and significant impact on turnover intensity with a significant value of 0.000. Work family conflict has a direct effect on turnover intensity with a significant value of 0.000. As for the significant indirect influence of salary satisfaction and turnover intensity through work-family conflict, the coefficient value is -‐0.214.
