Abstract

Technological developments in the field of information systems and telecommunications, in the mainstream of global business competition, not only have an impact on aspects of corporate learning patterns, which were originally vertical or broadcast (one-to-many), becoming horizontal broadband (many-to-one or many- to-many) only, but also has an impact on the sustainability and consistency of the learning process which is compatible with fluctuations in changes in the business environment. The impact of changes in learning patterns is of course very important in anticipating aspects of new wave turbulence and uncertainty, to maintain the continuity of a company's business. Telkom E-learning is an alternative media based on the Learning Management System (LMS), which is implemented by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., to improve the "know-how" aspect, and increase the capacity of knowledge resources, in meeting the company's knowledge demand. Telkom E-learning's role is focused on increasing the distribution and speed of the learning process, in meeting all knowledge demands that are compatible with changes in the company's business environment. Apart from that, Telkom E-learning is also intended to build self-regulated learning, which is in accordance with the Corporate Strategic Scenario (CSS), PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., to support the company's transformation process. The implications of implementing Telkom E-learning in developing the learning organization process at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., is focused on developing learning pattern archetypes that are appropriate to PT's business platform. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., which is based on Telecommunication, Information, Media and Education (TIME).
