Abstract

One of the key factors that determines the success of a company is the availability of an appropriate company operations strategy to win business competition against its competitors. This operational strategy must be in accordance with the company's corporate strategy and business strategy. In addition, operational strategies must be prepared based on external and internal conditions. In this way, operations strategy can be a reference for companies to carry out their business activities in order to win business competition. This research aims to develop an operational strategy design for management of the JT gas field by PT This operational strategy design was prepared with the aim of determining the right strategy regarding opportunities and threats in business competition as well as how to take advantage of the advantages they have and how to make improvements to their weaknesses.
