Abstract
Muzdalifah, Postgraduate Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , Surabaya 2018, The Influence of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization, Private Investment, Economic Growth and Labor on the Welfare of Regency/City Communities in South Kalimantan Province, Promoter: Djoko Mursinto, Co-Promoter: Rudi Purwono. This research has three objectives. First, test and analyze the influence of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization and Private Investment on Economic Growth in Districts/Cities of South Kalimantan Province. Second, test and analyze the influence of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization and Private Investment on Absorbed Labor in the Districts/Cities of South Kalimantan Province. examine and analyze the influence of Economic Growth and Absorbed Labor on Community Welfare in Districts/Cities of South Kalimantan Province. This research uses panel data covering 13 regencies/cities in South Kalimantan and the observation period is 2005 - 2016. The data analysis technique uses the TSLS (Two Stage Least Square) Simultaneous equation model. The results of the research show that economic growth and labor absorption together have an influence on community welfare and economic growth will partially reduce the welfare of district/city communities in South Kalimantan Province, the degree of fiscal decentralization and private investment together influence economic growth and the degree of fiscal decentralization will partially reduce economic growth of districts/cities in Kalimantan Province South, the degree of fiscal decentralization and private investment jointly influence the number of workers absorbed and partially the degree of fiscal decentralization will increase the number of workers absorbed by districts/cities in South Kalimantan Province.
