Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of corporate governance disclosure on CSR disclosure, financial performance and share prices using path analysis. The sample in this study consisted of 194 sharia issuers with data sources coming from company annual reports for five years from 2012-2016. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Warp PLS application. The independent variable is ITKP, the dependent variable is Shares, the intervening variable is financial performance, namely ICSR, ROA, ROE, TUBTA, and PTHR. The research results show that ITKP has an effect on ICSR, ROA, ROE, TUBTA, and PTHR. ITKP has no effect on share prices (Hshares). ITKP has an indirect effect through ICSR on ROA. ITKP has no effect via ICSR on ROE, TUBTA, PTHR and Shares. ITKP has no effect on shares via ICSR, and ROA, ROE, TUBTA and PTHR. The variables TUBTA and PTHR are not determinants for investors to invest their capital in sharia shares. This research also found that the standard value of sharia stock criteria (TUBTA and PTHR) is currently far above the average for sharia issuers in the sample of this research. The low level of usury-based debt is not caused by the transfer of the financing process from conventional banks to sharia banks.
