Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of ethical leadership, trust, organizational climate on work involvement and organizational commitment of KPRI cooperative management in Madura. The hypotheses of this research are: ethical leadership has no significant effect on work engagement, trust has a significant effect on work engagement, organizational climate has a significant effect on work engagement, work engagement has a significant effect on organizational commitment, ethical leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, trust has a significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational commitment. This research uses a survey procedure where the unit of analysis is the management of the KPRI cooperative in Madura. The population is 904 KPRI cooperative administrators in Madura. The sample consisted of 185 KPRI cooperative administrators in Madura. Data collection procedures using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses SEM with AMOS 20.0. The research results show that ethical leadership has no significant effect on work engagement, trust has a significant effect on work engagement, organizational climate has a significant effect on work engagement, work involvement has a significant effect on organizational commitment, ethical leadership has no significant effect on organizational commitment, trust has no effect significant to organizational commitment, organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational commitment.
