(News sector) Mojokerto, 16 February 2025-Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) successfully held Ormawa Camp 2025 in Trawas, Mojokerto on 15-16 February 2025. The purpose of strengthening relations between organizations and building a spirit of sustainable collaboration.
Dean of UNAIR FEB - Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., Ca., who was accompanied by Deputy Dean I - Dr. Wisnu Wibowo, and Deputy Dean III - Dr. Ahmad Rizky Sridadi, in his remarks stressed the importance of the spirit of "synergy with the heart" in running the organization's program. He hopes that the Ormawa Camp can be a forum that encourages the organizers of Ormawa to collaborate with social care and responsibility to create a real impact on the community.
Prof. Dian emphasized that the importance of the alignment of the Ormawa program with the vision and mission of the Faculty and Universitas Airlangga. With the spirit of "FEB One - Unair Great!", Synergy in student organizations is expected to improve the quality of academic, research, and community service.
For two days, participants participated in various strategic agendas, including coordination meetings between organizations, discussions of organizational strengthening, and team-building activities. This activity focuses on transparent organizational governance and open communication, in line with the commitment of FEB UNAIR in creating a more progressive and inclusive organizational environment.
As part of the Ormawa FEB UNAIR, the Press Institution and Student Publishing (LPPM) of the UNAIR FEB Sector plays a strategic role in building communication and collaboration between organizations. Sector, known as a critical, objective, and informative student press organization, plays a role in guarding transparency and conveying information accurately to all academic community. Through Ormawa Camp, the FEB UNAIR sector helped strengthen synergy with other organizations to support the creation of a more inclusive organizational environment and had a positive impact.
Not only as an observer and reporter, the FEB Unair sector is also active in various discussion sessions and bonding activities, such as group games, bonfires together, and outbound on the second day. With a sharp and independent journalistic approach, the sector is committed to continuing to be a forum for the aspirations of FEB Airlangga University and bridge communication between student organizations and the faculty.
With the end of Ormawa Camp 2025, it is expected that the spirit of collaboration that is built during the activity can continue in various Ormawa programs. In addition to creating a positive impact on the community, this activity is also the first step for FEB Unair in preparing themselves at the international level.
Through a strong synergy, the organizers of FEB Airlangga University, including the sector, are expected to be able to become leaders who are integrity, innovative, and have a positive impact on the campus and the wider community.
