ICAEW Indonesia Business Challenge 2019 is a business case competition which aims to train accounting students' ability to think critically in business and financial analysis. ICAEW IBC is organized by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW Indonesia). ICAEW IBC will be held on Tuesday, April 16 2019 in Jakarta. This event is a series of the ICAEW Regional Business Challenge (RBC) which will be held by Vietnam this year. The two best ICAEW ICB teams will be Indonesia's representative teams to take part in RBC, where one team consists of 6 people. It is hoped that with this competition, UNAIR accounting students can achieve satisfactory results.
In this competition, 2 teams from Universitas Airlangga successfully entered the Main Event and competed with 13 teams from various universities in Indonesia on April 16 2019 in Jakarta. In this competition, one of the teams from Universitas Airlangga , Airlangga Consulting Group, succeeded in getting the title of 1st Runner Up and had the right to represent Indonesia in the 2019 ICAEW Regional Business Challenge in Singapore on 23 May 2019.
