(BEM News) Wednesday, February 12, 2025 - Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) received a visit from Muhammadiyah High School, the Kottabarat Surakarta Special Program in the "Welcome Visit." Program. This activity, initiated by the Department of Outside Relations BEM FEB UNAIR, aims to introduce the academic environment and student activities at FEB UNAIR to students.
Visit received by: Staff. Deputy Dean I FEB UNAIR - Muhammad Syaikh Rohman, SE., M.Ec., representing the leadership of FEB Unair, together with the Chairperson of the Management Department - Dr. GRIMAN CANDRA PREMANANTO, and Secretary of the Islamic Economics S1 Study Program - Dian Filianti, SE, M.acc.
During this visit, students get a presentation on the study programs available at FEB Airlangga University, campus facilities, as well as various student organizations and activities that can support academic and non-academic development. Not only that, they also had the opportunity to discuss directly with students and administrators of BEM FEB Airlangga University, so as to get a clearer picture of the life of lectures and the dynamics of the campus world.
The "Welcome Visit" program is expected to provide insight and motivation for Muhammadiyah High School students in the Surakarta Kottabarat Special Program in preparing themselves to continue their education to a higher level, especially in the economic and business fields. This initiative is also in line with the purpose of SDGs 4: quality education, which emphasizes the importance of access to information and broader educational experiences for the younger generation.
Through this activity, FEB UNAIR continues to be committed to sharing knowledge and inspiration for prospective students, while strengthening the relationship between universities and secondary education institutions in supporting the development of superior human resources in the future.
